Product Returns

We always recheck the order and dimensions before shipment and also enclose asigned checking report.   But, people do make mistakes.  In the event your item does not fit, please check the measurements to what you submitted on your order form. If our measurements differ from what you submitted,  we will replace the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge upon return of the old garment for us to check.

Please understand that these garments are custom made to measure specially for you and we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.All details, including style, material, color and measurements are as per your choice and we are not likely to be able to sell it to anyone else. One should keep in mind, due to the nature of handmade garments, the measurements may differ slightly from the actual measurements submitted. This will not differ much and a small percentage margin should be allowed.

From experience we have found  that if you measure yourself according to our instructions and the diagrams given,  you cannot go wrong.  Items will be individually tailored to the measurements you provide.  On our custom measuring page, we have provided instructions for more than 12 measurement areas for you to use to help us get your exact fit.  PLEASE FILL OUT ALL MEASUREMENT AREAS

Leather,  being a natural material, can have uneven color, spots and defects.   These natural imperfections are what gives your item its individuality and are part of the natural process and cannot be controlled.  This is also a proof of real leather being used.  We strive to minimize imperfections and keep our color variation as close as possible to the colors shown.

PLEASE NOTE:  On zippered jackets and coats, Men’s items will have the zipper slider on the right and women’s items will have the zipper slider on the left.

If an item needs to be returned for replacement, please send the CONTACT US  formPRIOR to shipment to discuss your return.  In the Enquiry Box, Include your ORDER # and  provide a brief description of the problems with your items. Also,  please note that in case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping the item back  to us.

 Return Instructions

If you need to return an item to PerfectFitLeather.com, please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original tags.
  2. Please include your order number, with the item(s).
  3. Send the return package to the following address:

  4. Package should be shipped through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.
  5. Please note that in order to file a Return you must submit the CONTACT US form with the required information and wait for our response.
  6. Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed and that we are in agreement to replace your item free of charge.  At that time, we will provide you a delivery schedule for your new replacement item.  NOTE:  Replacements will be for the same style, material type and color.

 
Cancellations


The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

If  you elect to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
